    Just picked up 2 here in texas. Solid 1992 4x4 ext cab for 800 bucks. No headlights, grille or bumper. Needs a water pump. The other is a 1994 2wd single cab with rough interior but the zf5 makes up for it. Bad ip on that one. For the prices though, can't complain

    I have stock valve springs as well. I've hit 26 psi a bunch of times, but just pulling a hill with a decent load I generally see 900 on Pyro and 10 psi on boost. Unloaded cruising 60-70 I see 550 egt and 3psi.

    I'm running 3.73 gears in an 01 SD rear end with 235/85/16 tires. Westgate vaccume open to atmosphere and wastegate arm threaded all the way in. I also rarely run over 70 mph. Mostly 60-65. I have a zf5 as well.

    Loosen those three nuts holding the ip and you can use a 3/4 wrench on the boss to slightly articulate the ip itself left and right. I typically loosen the lines from the injectors. Not take them off, just loosen them enough to move them a bit. Same with the nuts on ip.

    I have had cdd stage 1 injectors and cdd 110 ip installed for a few years and love it! But highly recommended upgraded turbo and intercooler as I eventually did a couple years ago. Love this mild setup. Lol.

    When I had 4.10 gears and 37s I had no issue towing 14-17k. I also live in Texas...... I now have 33s and an 01 SD rear end with 373 gear and I notice no differance in towing or rpms. Not exactly apples to apples as far as your question is concerned, but fairly closish
