what Mike said ...I did mine---made the throttle a bit touchy so I went to 18k....didn't like it and went back to 10k then made an adjustable pot type all the way to 25k....too much work cause it will not start cold high up so you gotta remember to twist the pot back when you shut off etc...
Mel they are 5/16- 18 x 1 inch {or7/8"} flanged head/integral washer.
....I have a couple sets around because they come in both the LUK and SB kits.

Richard FYI---a "crescent" wrench aka thumb wrench, fits all wrench etc...has one fixed jaw and a moveable jaw operated by a thumb wheel....
A "BOX end wrench" is size specific, usually 12 point...

Gotta agree with rumdum on the fuel manifolds....surprised they were not allready on her cookoo Far easier to valve one set off and the other on to change filters than shut down while under way.

If you did indeed blow the tip ----ANY liquid that is not atomized , such as water , alge etc...will blow the tip, dumping raw fuel not only in the cyl but washing down the liner and into the base oil diluting it.
And no offense meant but those injectors are very finiky about what goes thru...
Wrench size is 1- 1/4".. I kustomized one with a torch or you can get by with a 1-5/16". Be sure and use the 12 point box end.....
the open end will have you -cuss -cuss -cuss
hey Richard....how in the hell do you bend flat a crescent wrench? cookoo LOL
You got it out didn't ya....use a screwdriver to "gently" move the flange back in place on the back of the pump...there is a small flange that seats and centers it to the pump.....then it's just a matter of contorting your finger under the turbo pedestal and thread it back in.
You pull the...
There are a couple manufacturers that make a reverse cowl hood--like the ones on the Z28's  ....
I lost the link info when my system threw a 7 last year
Contact Mel [Agnem] as if memory serves, he bought a hood for one of his rides.
Isn't the purpose of adding propane to increase BTU's? And that in turn maximizes the combustion while helping to vaporise the carbon/soot keeping the oil cleaner....
As far as detonation, the only reason I can think of is exceeding cyl pressures :dunno
Not overly hard---the important thing is to take a very close picture of each dial
with the ign on before removing the needles! Even doing that I still had to go back and tweak them.
I got the reverse blue/white--white in daylight and blue backlighted. The kit comes self illuminated with it's...
Talk to Peter at South Bend about up grading your slave cyl....Just replacing the pressure plate will put a different load on the existing slave and in the long run a possible failure.
I got both slave and resivour for less than $100.
re: the main seal....some "seepage" is expected but a...

I truly like the singular design and interchangeability of major parts!
