electric fuel injectors

Hey all,,, Im looking at a '95 7.3 F250, Im concerned about the electric fuel injectors, Im told they do poorly with biodiesel and SVO. what do yall think? is this truck gonna make me crazy if im no mechanic and looking to use biodiesel and eventually convert to vegetable oil? gimme the low...
