    Thanks for the info! I read this thread entirely... seems they had a bad run for a bit. But theres still lots of pleased people. Stewed about it for a few days and got one ordered. Seemed the parts store rebuilt ones dont live very long... i dunno, hope they send me a good one i guess. Lol

    Could hook up a batt charger and start it. Maybe voltage is dropping too low. Maybe clean the grounds from your batteries to the frame also? That is a head scratcher tho

    I replaced head bolts with studs one at a time without removing the head. Its a gamble - not the right way to do things - but so far so good for me.
