I am changing out the blue interior of my 90 F-350, parts needed:
Grey dash
Grey door pillar trim both sides
Grey kick panel both sides
Front grey windshield/headliner trim
If anyone needs those parts in blue my dash is clean with no cracks.
Understandable.... When you go to install if you have sagging cab mounts it will be a PITA to get the up pipes to fit as there is not much room. I am putting in a 1 in body lift to fix that problem with new mounts.
The pipes should only cost you 130.00 per pipe if you order from hypermax....I got the pedestal and pipes for 600.00 six months ago. The most expensive part was the pedestal. But you have that
Its been awhile since I've posted on here....but to the OP I had the same problem with oil pressure tanking like that. Replaced the rear filter head, overfilled it to see if the PU tube had a leak and everything, I am now replacing the oil pump. I would have at the beginning but ran out of time...
Awesome to see another north, northern cal person on here lol.... It's cheapish insurance to take a peek. I also have to do the cab mounts and add 1inch spacers to the cab anyway so it will make the job a little easier to do.
B4 it was 18-22 psi at hot idle now it's 9- and goes lower 5- when I engage the clutch, with as much $$$ as I have in it better safe than sorry for me. If it was a very high mileage engine I wouldn't worry about it but with 3200 miles on it no go for me. And I did reuse the oil pump lesson learned
Ok so I finally have an update to this problem......installed a good used oil filter head started it up and had 44 psi but then it bled off again not as fast but still did and when the fast idle came off it went down to 9 psi at 750 rpm... Engaged the clutch and went to 5 revved up to 2000 and...
Hey guys haven't spent the most time on here recently with work and tidying up the truck my days are shot.. Anywho I was driving into town today as any other day, listening to the sweet sound of turbo whistle and the engine purring like a kitten. Pulled into my buddies shop, back up into a...
I'm using international Hg's torqued to 130ft lbs with ARP's lube so far I've seen 21 psi with 950 degrees unloaded @ WOT haven't really pulled anything heavy to get that turbo working hard yet.
Our engines are externally balanced so you have to have matching balancers/flywheel combos turbo with turbo or n/a with n/a. If not it could be catastrophic.
Those are the precups I bought from diesel cast welding it's the same ones used in their offshore heads. When I was hunting ford wanted almost 100.00 apiece for OEM I believe it was RIOTWARRIOR turned me onto them. I should have done side by sides with the OEM precup. But they work great so far
