    Was the eng temp normal? Has he checked the coolant and oil --to make sure they are where they are supposed to be? can he hear the starter engaging the flywheel? this thread will be moved to 911....

    Homer beat me to that Cal :D.....but in addition, re-seal the opposite end of the piston bore---where the snap ring cover is. You have the EPBV exposed so just cut the rivets, nip out the shaft and use a 3/4" cup plug....
