Dwight, My mech gaugs are mounted in seperate cups on the steering colum.....for the oil press, just install line at filter head.
For coolant, just move the sender from the top of the pump to the side [remove plug] and mount the adaptor for the mech gauge .....
You even get to use the...

I went thru this same thing a while back and I had forgotten to re-connect the plug to the IPR----just left [drivers side] and below the fuel bowl-----it is part of the harness that has the fuel bowl sender connections.
Also check fuse #22---controls fuel heater and IDM......

With 298k mi on the truck I just replaced all the GP's with new Motorcratft ZD11's and also replaced the second factory GP relay with a Stancor.
In the life of the truck I have replaced just 2 UVC's and both valve cover units, 1 GP relay and only 2 GP's and I had to use Delphi's when that...
Yea...it's there...but not as a sticky in the main PSD section so I decided to move it and pin it to the top at the request of a few members.....

It's been a while since I done mine.....remove the plug from the switch and
jump wht/red to red and jump the other 2 whites and you should be good to go.
You can leave the switch disconnected and the jumper wires permanent,

I'm fussy about my lids {helmets}....Those cheap lids are OK for stick and mig....but throw in the higher freq given off from TIG and they just don't cut it.

..is your exh pipe dripping oil? is there oil dripping from the boost tube boots?
You are most likely looking at a complete removal and cleaning of the intercooler and piping as well......

Scott, I found the 250 amp mega fuse and neat, secured holder I used....clicky
The cure for that mess is quite simple...just locate the 2- 10 ga yellow wires that run from the fender mounted relay to - thru- the fender mounted cannon plug and terminate at the gp controller-----

I thought of going with an actual manual valve so I could alter the pitch....but I just ran the solenoid wires to the horn pad relay...I can do short quick burps or full on blast....just ask the guy at the inspection station when WW took the truck for it's yearly------ :eek::eek: :rotflmao
