    Matching Paint for Blue Interior?

Has anyone found a good match for the late 80's blue interior? I need to paint my gauge pod and am hoping to find a good match. Thanks!

    The Switch Over Has Begun

Well guys, here is an update... Battery is relocated new cable made for negative and the positive shortened. New lugs crimped on. Will need new batteries soon. These are ten years old! The intake is in. I am going to replace the 90deg into the turbo as it is ballooned out an tough to...

    Started with a mess,still a mess but getting better-Build

This is what I have done on mine. It works, not that you need it with your intercooler.

Looks great! You have the same turbo that I do. I would love to do an intercooler as well, but it isn't going to happen soon. You are up in my area, cool to see someone else around here.

    Clogged up CDR

I was actually pulling it of the old F-250 to put on the F-350. The 250 was getting tired and I parked it after Oil started running out from somewhere up top after it was warmed up. After seeing this I bet the crank pressure was pushing oil out the hole where the turbo drain goes into the...

    Clogged up CDR

Good afternoon all, Today I pulled the CDR tube and adapter off the old F-250 and found the tube plugged up with gelatinous oil. This would explain the old girl puking Oil like she was the last time I ran her. Too much crankcase pressure with no where to go. What would cause this? My CDR...

    The Switch Over Has Begun

Thanks guys, I saw on Mike's Big Red thread a picture of his stud with the hex. I can see where that could cause interference. I had a busy weekend and didn't get much progress done. I did manage to find the time to finish tightening up the Y-pipe. I just stuck with the studs as I never had...

    Project Big Red

Mine just have studs without the hex head that I see in your picture. They seem to snug up fine. At least I never noticed a leak while it was on the F-250. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

They aren't tightened down yet, but I don't see any hex head or anything that would stop it. ‍♀️ Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    The Switch Over Has Begun

Interesting, does this apply to all types of kits? I had the same y-pipe on the F-250 for about 10 years with no issues. I didn't notice any black soot around the area indicating it was leaking. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Bolts on passenger side manifold to y-pipe connection? Both my trucks have studs. Is this a suggested modification? For what reason? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    The Switch Over Has Begun

I managed a little more progress yesterday. The Y-Pipe is in place with all but the one toughest nut started. (Dinner was calling) Due to the fact that the two halves of my Y-Pipe are rusted together I had to pull the front drive-line to be able to get the right angle to slide it up in place...

    The Switch Over Has Begun

By the way, I made a little more progress yesterday. More of a two steps forward one back. I managed to get the turbo and bracket all bolted up to the back of the head only to realize I forgot to put the oil drain tube in first... Grr! Sometimes I wonder where my brain is. After pulling...

Run it with the radiator cap off and see if you have bubble coming up through the coolant, mine looked like boiling water before the head gasket replacement.

    The Switch Over Has Begun

Progress has been slow, but most of the prep work is done. The old exhaust is removed up to the headers, GPC relocated, throttle cable and wiring at the back of the engine protected, fuel return rerouted and y-pipe and down pipes cleaned up and wrapped. I also previously bent the tunnel back...
