The truck has slowly developed this annoying trait where I occasionally have to slam the clutch to the floor to get it to turn over. I don't think it's firewall flex as the truck drives fine otherwise. I'm pretty sure it's the clutch position sensor, so I ordered one up from RockAuto...
Is the exhaust system on there the one that was offered with the Banks kit? They offered a 3" with an option to upgrade to 3.5" IIRC. Either way, I don't think the exhaust is your issue. I have the full Sidewinder kit on mine (non wastegate) and she doesn't really have an issue breathing.

OBS won't look right. They curve more on the ends. Learned that the hard way when I bought a used stock OBS bumper for my last bricknose and tried to bolt it on.

Here are some pics showing the history of my truck. I bought it in February last year looking like this:
And some pics snapped today:
Pretty much done aesthetically, though I'm always keeping an eye out for a push bar I like and/or the...
Maybe these will calm some nerves......
I'm gonna find the 'show your ride' thread and post the rest, but needless to say, I'm about as pleased as can be. I've owned ford trucks since high school (31 now) and have wanted these wheels on my truck since the first time I saw 'em...
So, quick update......
Wheels are on, but I'm having issues with the eBay replica center caps I ordered. Turns out they require you to use a lugnut with a smaller hex, 7/8" to be specific. My originals were 1-1/16", and it's been a 'fun' day of figuring all this out, including multiple runs...
Usually an indication that one or more of the coil windings in the starter is on its way out, but start with checking that all battery cables have good connections and definitely have the batteries checked at minimum.

9AM appointment tomorrow, but then I have to bring it home and throw on the eBay center caps. The installation instructions seem to indicate I'm in for some 'fitting', but then I'll snap some pics. I washed the truck today to get her ready for her big premier!

Number of ways to do it, but the easiest is to fill the rad to almost full, then fire up the truck with the rad cap off. Wait for the truck to get warm enough for the thermostat to open and the coolant to disappear. It'll take forever, but when it does, it'll go quick. Fill it up while it...
OEM is about all I would trust for electrical nonsense, and this is coming from someone who sold the parts store stuff for quite a few years!
Definitely look into the headlight relay harness upgrade as well. There are a few options (including making it yourself), but I used the kit from LMC...
I bought a brand new one with grommet from Tousley Ford (online) for less than $50 maybe a year ago. They're a sponsor of quite a few Ford forums and have great prices and customer service. Ask for Steve.

I don't know how it is in everyone else's neck of the woods, but around here finding a set of OBS Alcoas can be a royal pain. They don't show up on Craigslist all that much, and when they do they're usually either gone within hours or the owner thinks they're gold. I eventually had to settle for...
Sorry to hear you're having so many issues. Have you tried using Vaseline to lube the o rings and caps when you install everything? I used it (in ridiculous amounts) while installing my typefour kit and have had zero issues.
