I think my new head unit is bad, sanity check?

This illustrates a common difference between factory and aftermarket radios, at least factory radios of our vintage. Way back in the olden days of manually-tuned radios with no clock, there was no need for a memory wire. Just a switched power source. With the introduction of electronic tuning...

Replaced injectors and IP now won't shut off?

Key on, engine off, connect and disconnect the FSS terminal. Do you hear it click each time? Also, try starting it with the FSS terminal disconnected. If it runs, FSS is stuck. Presumably you're stalling it with the clutch?

Engine Temp light on Engine will not start.

There is no check engine light. The OP is seeing the temp light while turning the key to the START position. This is normal operation, a bulb check. OP needs to check fuel pressure while cranking, and yes, fuel tank level is a factor.

Clutch question.. not slipping but wont hold sitting still?

Fixed. And yes, that's THE solution. The OP's experience is exactly why it's called a parking brake. (Says the guy who... ah... errr... still hasn't installed his new cables in his '85......)

Left Hand Rear Wheel Will Not Rotate

Does the rear parking brake cable going to that wheel actually move when you pull it? Do you see the cable core moving within the housing?

    Tire and wheel options

^^^^^ +1; keep in mind that every inch of difference in tire size only means 1/2" difference in ride height.

    Tire and wheel options

You don't want smaller than stock, for sure. 265/75/16 is another option, within about 0.1" of stock. For entry, just get a set of running boards or steps.

    Differences between 86 and 87 F-250

Um, you don't have one now? If not, particularly if you currently have a regular cab truck, the supercab won't just mount on it directly. Frames are completely different. Just look under your truck at where the frame dog-legs up.

    OBS Door Speakers

What generation? We've had two bullnoses, and neither had rear speaker accomodations. Our '95 regular cab and '95 supercab have 6x8s.

    Can't get cooling system clean

There are extractor sockets made for allen head internal type fasteners. You MIGHT get one to bite in there.

    Can't get cooling system clean

For the drain plugs, it depends on what kind of plugs they are. I've seen hex external (like a bolt head) and square internal, even mix & match on the same truck. If it's an external. one of the extractor socket products (Irwin Bolt-Grip, Craftsman Bolt-Out, etc) would be the thing to try. That...

    Can't get cooling system clean

^^^^^ +1, I was just about to post same. You'll never get a full drain/flush without using the block drains.

    1988 f350 4x4 srw should have d60 right???

    No. CCSBs are F250s.

    1988 f350 4x4 srw should have d60 right???

Axle type is based on model, not cab type. OP said F350, so it's a 60 (oh, yeah, he bought... well... stole it; see his other thread).

Take off in 4-low when pulling heavy?

Fixed. Yes, in the context of this thread, it's NOT wise to shift in/out of 4LO while moving. But a t-case that doesn't allow 2HI/4HI shifing while moving is of no use, except perhaps while mudding. My own experience, the couple times I've tried, is that from 4LO to 4HI, on loose snow, at about...

    WTH.!!!!!!!!!!!

Has nothing to do with where they're made. One of our PSDs was built in Canada and the other was built in the US. Exact same mix of SAE and metric parts. It's more a historical thing, which systems switched to metric (or didn't) at what time in history. The '80s and '90s were transition decades...

    Hard brake pedal in mornings

It can't be direct from the pump to the booster if you also have a gauge. Try taking the gauge out of the picture and running a brand new piece of hose from the pump to the booster. If still no boost, and you feel suction on the hose, it's gotta be the booster.

Dual Tanks, Switch and Fuel Gauge

http://userpages.chorus.net/elephant/FuelTankSelector.pdf - for a 1995, but it's pretty-much the same. Switching motor (as evidenced by the diagram) is based on polarity. Easy test is to run 12V directly to those two terminals, reversing polarity, and listen for the valve to operate.

    Brake controller wiring

You wouldn't want your trailer brakes to fail if anything with your ignition switch wiring failed; this is the same reason your brake lights are not dependent on the ignition switch.

    Fuel Tank Leak (best repair?)

Key words here. We've bought, painted, installed three Spectra tanks as replacements, zero issues. Existing sending unit should be fine; may need to replace the "showerhead" (strainer), another $30-ish on Amazon.
