Ok took a sound clip last night, cruising at 45mph in second. Crappy quality off my cell and my a$$hole exhaust makes it sound like its gonna explode but you get the idear
Very true Agnem. I thought it acted like fuel issues but thats why I came to you guys! Well I have a couple of pumps laying around including the one that worked flawlessly from my old engine. Might have to make that a project for next week.
Well I got my new (only about 3000 miles on it) engine in but now I'm having some issues. Ran great the first couple days till just the beginning of this week. Truck fires up great, idles great, cruises around town great but its killin me on the highway. Around 60-65 the truck just starts...
It looks like the headers might be longer than the factory manifolds so I doubt it would work with a kit. You would have increased velocity which would be perfect for a remote mount though
I put one in when I put my new engine in last week. The difference in starting is unbelievable since its been 10-20 degrees here. Where can I go about finding a timer?
If such a thing existed. A friend of mine claims that back in the day his buddy had an aftermarket intake MANIFOLD on his 7.3IDI. Swears up and down mind you, and said it ran just about as strong as anything he's seen as N/A diesels go. Anyone heard of one?
