    If I had to do it,I would have a sq or rectangle plate with NPT tap in center, mig, tig or braze to pan then drill thru NPT tapped hole into pan for probe, obviously it would be smaller, this would be stronger on the pan and easier to weld then a small round bung

    How/ what manual hubs fit those unit bearing hubs? our autos worked fine, just couldn't pull them out to disassemble knuckle to do ball joints! assume manuals have same spline and retaining ring setup? we first broke housing trying to remove it then had to put a couple self tappers through it...

    drilled the center out & tapped, 8-32, then used slide hammer gently, PO broke it off, it was an autolite, they have a thinner wall then the M.C./Beru ones, I mic'd it, guess that's why they swell and break.

    Looks great! take that black hose off your fuel line and you will have a fuel pre heater :cool: I know it gets cold over there, would work better then the stock one! :( my filter head gets plenty warm, maybe a wrap of copper around it?

    Clip came off actuator arm to waste gate, dont recall what it is,e clip, snap ring or one of those folded over spring steel clips? shaft measures 9/32 approx. so I can get a snap ring to fit, anyone with replacement idea or P.N. other then snap ring? Stock Ford turbo. Thanks
