    I'll have to try tank vent first, have plenty of room due to flat bed almost 6", filler necks are just stubs with enough room to get hose on only.

    LOL, like the "turbo hat" post, where were you guys a year ago? just went thru my fuel system, PO had a exhaust tube for rear tank and just rubber fuel hose straight up to flat bed,I didn't use rear do to FSV problems, so got everything straightened out and can't fill for crap,either tank, made...

    Hand wont matter, tap just barely grabs shell of glow plug ID, I only went in a few threads for fear of breaking tap, and pull lightly, you don't want it to turn, best to pull straight, this also, IMO stretches the body a little making it smaller, same principle as removing press fit valve...

    If you broke off flush and can't get a hold of it, drill carefully the center out for a 8-32 thread (seems like I used a 1/8 drill) and tap it carefully, then you can use a slide hammer to pull out, I removed 1 this way, but you need a few special tools and a light touch, it was an Autolight

    Timing cover crank seal problems

    Check the run out on the new balancer maybe? the seal will compensate for some though, also the crank nose ok? no run out there maybe its tweaked just a little then at high RPM works the seal out? just guessing here.

    Looking for a better one of these, one with less drain holes! From 93 C&C 350 hold the 30 gallon plastic tank, if it was a metal tank I would just use some metal straps. Had tank out to clean out WVO from PO, and add a manual FSV and new lines, build picks later. I also posted in want adds, thanks.

    My auto trans has a T in the cooler line the PO put in, he lost a trans and had to bypass radiator and installed aux coolers. Sensor has a npt. thread ant fits into the T, unfortunately gage died and need to replace

    I drilled it and tapped it, think it was 8-32 and used a slide hammer VERY gently, the tap bites into outer case of GP, drilled in about a 1/2 inch, its just ceramic and a wire, go small with the drill bit, 1/8 is fine.

    Mine has factory pump,newer that PO installed, along with a small facet cube pump,back on the frame, not sure why, PO did run some kind of waste oil in rear 30 gal tank, FSV doesn't work so assumed plug up and PO added cube pump, been ok for 12k miles so far.

    I did a baby moose, truck runs great, 1 year warranty if you buy there filters, call CDI that is the best way.

    There's one more 7.3 na there with complete fuel system, may go get that one to! didn't have a tool to get injectors out otherwise would have grabbed them also, never know what you'll find! truck had tags as recent as 2016

    All set now,got a pump & cover,lines and clamps and a great dual battery cable for 60$, all appears to be unmolested.
