well its been awhile so time for another update.
I have trying to button up the small stuff that really adds up...
got my kingpins torqued down... i didnt have a torque multiplier so i made one....
4' 1" sch40 pipe with a socket welded to one end and a 7/8" allen wrench slipped...
i love rock auto. i buy from there usually when im not in a hurry.... ive spent way to much money with then but im sure ive saved as much as ive spent.
i outfitted my F250 with complete brakes (pads,shoes,rotors,drums, rear self adjusters...rear spring kits, rear wheel seals, and rear wheel...
I dont watch much football...but the kickoff return for the second half was great....Seattle returned for a touchdown making it 29-0 Seattle. ... this isnt much of a game
they should say laz-y-boy on them lol. they look comfy. i'm just not a big fan of the velour material. it tends to stick you your clothing and not let you readjust yourself while sitting in the seat.

was just under $100 for the pair. they are the heavier old school saddle blanket covers... my dad had an 83 F150 when i was growing up that had one on it and ive loved them ever since.
i didnt look at the backs too hard....they are in decent shape and will end up against the back wall of the truck so zippers didnt really matter to me lol
yesterday since the weather broke a bit I took a ride to the local junkyard... a bronco that had been there still had the seats and console in it...
got some saddle blanket seat covers ordered and still need to paint the console and source a new latch for the lid... gunna pull my...

because when these trucks were originally designed and built they were made for the older diesel fuel. they seem to run better...have better economy and more power at 8.5-9.5 btdc on the new ULSD
id replace it...chances are it will never be straight and considering it sets about half your panel alignment its worth getting something a bit more straight
