    No oil pressure

I would verify by putting an oil pressure test gauge on it, just in case your mechanical gauge is screwy. You can rent them from Azone. If it's real low, than I would suspect oil pump is the culprit, especially if you swapped out coolers with same result. But no, haven't heard of anyone...

Actually oreilly BWD injectors are in fact brand new, not remanufactured. But they are still junk...

Don't buy those BWD injectors from oreillys. They are complete junk.

    Newb water pump questions

Nope. If you want to replace that fitting, lowes has brass ones with a much shorter tube. I replaced mine because old one was corroded real bad.

Yeah it's common. That was me with Azone starters about a year ago. It might take 10 or so, but you'll eventually get a good one!

7.3L IDI turbo diesel needs 4 quarts a day

4 quarts a day? Wow that's a lot. Sounds like that engine needs to get pulled & rebuilt.

    Newb water pump questions

E-fans are great, especially when the in-line fuse blows and your engine overheats because fans don't turn on. My Jeep had an e-fan conversion on it when I bought it. Next day I ripped all that electric crap out and put a mechanical fan & clutch in there. Didn't notice any loss of power either...

    Newb water pump questions

If you heated up the fan clutch nut, you will likely have to replace it. There is a seal in there that will melt if you heat it up during disassembly. Always a good idea to replace it when doing a water pump anyways.

    '93 f-350 DRW towing 15k total

To add, if it has a stock E40D in it, it'll likely blow up on you with that kind of load.

    funky vibrations!

Not if the noise goes away when you push in the clutch.

can i add a third or even forth battery ?

If you have a "well maintained" engine with a good starting system & glowplugs, these engines will easily start at 0 F. If you have a shitty starter, 4 glowplugs burnt out and a crappy IP that is original, then yes you will need 4 batteries to get that heap going lol.

    Who has Stans Headers?

Headers won't do a darn thing for these engines unless you have a hi output engine like Brian's. The stock manifolds flow very well as is. That amount of $ is better spent on a turbo if you are looking for any type of engine performance. Turbo=80hp Headers=maybe 2hp -Lame

can i add a third or even forth battery ?

You can start a dead cold idi engine with one good battery if you also have good cables and starter. But yeah, put 4 on there lol. Sounds like your truck has other problems with it.

    Ughhhh!!

Yeah, I put a napa brand water pump on my engine after I rebuilt it. Been good ever since. But sometimes there's lemons in the bunch, it happens.

    Torque wrench suggestions?

That can be said about damn near anything. You could have said the same for your friendly neighbor filling your tire and it blew up going down the road because his pressure gauge was off. From a torque wrench to a screwdriver to letting your neighbor borrow a lawn mower, doesn't matter what it...

    Torque wrench suggestions?

Yeah, who would have thought. I bought a socket set from there a couple years ago for one of my employees & it still works great. Thought it would be junk in after a few months lol.

    Torque wrench suggestions?

Sometimes I think HF tools are better than some of those bigger brands. Just bought a new craftsman "industrial use" 1/2 socket set a little while back for work and it's all junk. Socket wrench is already fallin apart. And it wasn't cheap

As dumb as it may sound, I also have harbor freight torque wrenches and they have worked great. And they are very inexpensive

7.3 Idles Rough, Runs Great Otherwise

You are better off installing rusty injectors found on the bottom of a ditch than using Pensacola injectors. They bead blast the exterior and call them rebuilt. Buy a new set of delphis or stanadynes and you'll be good to go. Personally, I prefer stamadynes over delphi injectors.

    Spectra radiator lasted 6 months

Yep same experience here. The only problem is I'm constantly going over there for warrantied parts lol. Whatever you do, just don't buy duralast sensors from there. Everything else seems to be ok.

    Spectra radiator lasted 6 months

No longer have the truck but it gets driven 1K a week so I'm told. Champion rads hold up just fine. They aren't made using plastic and pressed metal clamps. They are all welded so you can't go wrong. Got one in my Jeep and it works great. Don't expect to have any problems with it. Factory rads...

    Spectra radiator lasted 6 months

Having said all that, it's probably not a good idea to skimp on a radiator, or anything "cooling" related. Just think of it for a second. If it fails in the wrong place at the wrong time, for instance going up a long incline or bridge with no shoulder, you will smoke your engine. A couple...

    Spectra radiator lasted 6 months

I think anything spectre pretty much sucks. Had one in a gmc truck years ago and after about 6 months, integrated trans cooler ruptured and pumped about a gallon of transmission oil into cooling system. JUNK! Although a lot of new cars have those plastic and metal radiator design with no probs...
