Some (if not all) of the t-19 throw out bearings are greasable. None of the zf5 bearings are greasable.

    Stuck lower injector body

If i remember correctly, I used a 5/16 bolt threaded into the center of the washer and used that to pull it out

    Radiator pressure

Its possible the pressure you noticed could have been caused by changing ambient temperatures too. I have an old truck that just sits for the last few years and every so often I would check the coolant in it and without running at all it built a small amount of pressure to cause it to hiss when...

    Brake time. Hydroboost too??

Many reman hydroboost systems do not come with the output shaft. There is a company on eBay that sells replacement ones but there are 2 types, big bore and small bore. I don't remember where the year break is for them though

    Need Suggestions/Advice on Rebuild

Since you don't know anything about the truck and you'll have it torn apart, you might want to inspect your main and rod bearings to see if there are any excessive wear on them.

Time for injectors, or is timing off?

When I had issues with excessive smoke mixed with puffs of smoke I found i had a dead cylinder. It also caused the exhaust to smell like raw fuel as well. Not saying this is your issue, but it might not hurt to do a compression test on it.

    7.3 to 460

The transmission bellhousing is different. If I remember correctly, you can redrill mount holes on a 460 transmission to fit a 7.3 but most likely not the other way around. Also the wiring harness would be very different due to the 460 being computer controlled (unless you are planning on going...

    Clutch question

If it was me, I wouldn't reuse it. All those cracks in it would need at minimum a surfacing but most likely a replacement

Hard starting issues still - air intrusion

If you decide to replace the glow plug harness, you can either buy one from wes at classicdieseldesigns.com or build your own. If you build your own, you can use bullet connectors and 4mm (or 3.5mm for a tighter fit) silicone vacuum hose as a band to hold the connector to the glowplugs.

    Mini-excavator engine removal

I heard somewhere that some rental places turn the hydraulic pressures down so the equipment doesn't get abused as bad

    Fuel leak drivers side

The nickel/copper alloy lines are the best in my opinion due to the ease of use for bending with the proper tools and with the corrosion resistance

Small port hole under GP controller 7.3 IDI

It isn't a true plug. Its hollow where the square hole is so it can hold tight on the valley pan but still allow fluid to flow through

Questions about Dana 70 wheel seals

Almost looks like the only difference is the material being used. I cannot see why the one labeled for single wheel wouldn't work for a dually or vice versa. The difference between the dually inner vs outer almost looks like an error when the part number was inputed into the website. That's at...
