Heater hose is not rated for oil or oil vapor. It will become permeated and drip. For bulk hose, use something rated for oil. OP- does your turbo have the metal tube and two short sections of hose?- reklund

charging system woes
I haven't forgotten about topping up your AC...so we can fix that wiring at the same time. Either run two pieces of fusible link in parallel or build a new harness with a maxi fuse in line.- reklund

Ignition Key Switch Replacement: Is there a simple way to get the same cut key?
An ignition and door set from ford is affordable. I'm on my 3rd set. Also, on this latest set I put the ignition key on a quick release to keep the weight of the rest of the keys off the cylinder. I'm sure with the proper dimensions you could order Viton square cut o-rings from McMaster-Carr or Grainger. I have one sealing my intake hat to my intake manifold that works great, and I ordered by dimension. Mine is like 1/4" thick too and doesn't leak at all, even with pushing 15psi of...- reklund

Crew cab 2nd row bounce
It's called frame beaming by the GM guys, and is more or less a characteristic of the vehicle. It's probably worse on concrete expansion-joint type pavement than it is on good smooth asphalt too. Best thing to do is to make sure the tires are balanced properly and set to the proper pressure...- reklund

Attendance count will be important, as I don't have tons of parking. We can make it work tho. I don't know if we will have opportunity to set timing and all that on multiple trucks. My 1994 F-350 4x4 CC TD
No reason you can't use the stock air box. I have the stock air box from my ATS turbo (Identical to the Ford box) and intercooler on my old truck.- reklund
