I have a 1994 turbo IDI... waiting for my R & D Stage 1 injectors to show up to install so trucks not running now... my question for you is, If i got a head stud kit can that be done in the engine bay ? Should i do anything to the heads ? Have them redone maybe ?

I was talking about removing an existing engine.... putting all the bolt on parts on the long block then installing it.
Just about all the parts have been replaced within the last t 5 yrs. except the oil cooler so i should probably install a new one and be done with it huh ?

I know , I am a Captain on a 20 person Hotshot crew in Ca and fire season just really ramped up in May and my crew only gets 2 R & R days in between 16 day fire assignments and this yr they have literally been back to back . This is our 5th assignment.
