    thanks for the post ! I have the 1994 7.3 IDI 4x4 so do you think I would not have the same problems as you ? what about going with the diamond eye exhaust ? any better of a match up ? I'm looking to go dual exhaust.

    mine is the 1994 7.3 factory turbo IDI XLT Long Bed. probably not that rare elsewhere but I have never seen one like mine in the same parking lot since I bought Big Whitey in 2010 lol.

    does anyone know what yr newer seats will fit in a 1994 F 250 XLT extended cab ? I saw a 97 power stroke on mountain swap here in Oakhurst being parted out. mine has bucket seats with arm rests....I am looking at the 97 seats because they have the middle flip down seat for my kid .

    MY 1994 7.3 TURBO STOCK DIESEL F 250 IS ALSO GETTING HOT AND WE JUST CHANGED THE THERMOSTAT....WE DID NOT CHECK IT AND, IT MAY BE THE WRONG ONE.     Old IDI's never die...they just need someone to take care of them and they will live forever ! I plan on doing a full restore on mine one piece at a time, with a few mods of course and leaving it to my son....he is 7 now so I have time lol !

    does anyone out there with the 1994 K VIN 7.3 stock garrett turbo diesel know if there are any conflicts with the fitment of the following products; the Aluminum Fuel Return Rail system, the R & D Air Breather Kit, the Glow Plug relocate bracket and installing a Inner Cooler.

    So when you say upgrade the pump......what exactly do you mean 90 or 110 ? I just put Stage 1 injectors from R & D but still need to put the truck back together. I did see some IPs on the R & D website....which one would match up with the injectors and the turbo work being done to put out 15 psi ?

    I did buy one on Amazon , figured on changing the grommets also so i did get them seperate. Either mine was painted grey like the engine or its the original one. Truck has like 330600 miles on er and i bought it in 2011 at 168,000

    Motorcraft fan clutches from rock auto

    Can I tell if my fan clutch is working properly with the engine running ? It sounds like it has to be running to go through its process. Just asking because my trucks down right now. Put new R&D Stage 1 injectors and fuel rail system... just waiting to get my turbo back from thewespaul.
