7.3 temperature gauge dropping under load
put a aftermarket coolant temp gauge and a napa brand (stant reboxed) 13 psi cap on it see what it does from there. fan clutch should lock on first cold start of the day and run for about 30 sec to 2 min before getting significantly quieter. Squealing Noise Until Operating Temp
as others have said likely belt noise. Pulling the belt and firing it up will confirm that. I would be questioning the belt itself, try putting valve grind compound on it, and see if it helps. as others have said it could be alternator, causing the squeal, and that is most likely, also how is...- 03wr250f

E4OD, preferred stacked plate cooler?
the tru cool listed above is good, but i would run in addition to the radiator cooler a 6.0 trans cooler as they are cheap and readily available, and MASSIVE.- 03wr250f

obs dana 60 axles turn tighter than a obs dana 50 axle, but you wont get the full turning capabilities unless you also swap in a f350 pitman arm from a obs The Newer 05+ axles turn sharper than previous axles, and the 11, or 13 axles turn sharper than 05. Leaking valve covers
i fought leaks from the valve covers, warrantyied out several sets. finally had enough, and tried cork put rtv on both sides and no more leaks since. No idea why, but cork is all i use now for idi valve cover gaskets- 03wr250f
