I tried the bulldog on my 94 psd.
I could never get it programmed right, gave up early on. Lol not to say it wouldn't work, I just never called up the tech line.

I used a Viper alarm kit as well... I don't recall the model but I had it installed for free when I bought it for $30 or $40. I had it set up to use the keyless entry but I did not have the siren or alarm stuff connected; so just keyless entry. Alarms and chirps for unlock and lock seem sort of pointless. Anyway, keyless entry has been perfect for about 2 years.

I used different ones, for no good reason really.

A how-to that I wrote, posted on the 'other' site: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/...ll-but-applies-to-obs-as-well.html?styleid=26

BTW, skip my comments re: using Bulldog. I installed their unit and it was crap. The cheap chinese kits have been rock solid.

Thanks Mike!
I bought this one:

Hopefully, I'll be able to make it function on my '94. Other than the low price, I picked it due to it having a third button. Since the keypad on my keyless RV lock has a learn button, I'm thinking that I should be able to make it unlock the RV. Locking it is easy as I just need to press the lock button on the keypad on the way out. Having the fob to unlock comes in handy with a arm load of groceries when entering! the unlock code is inconvenient...
