You can take a hole saw and eat the rubber out. Some how, some way, you have to get rid of the rubber, and then after that you can collapse and then drive the outer metal shell out.
P.S. Some people also take a regular drill bit and go around and keep drilling the rubber to get it out of there so they can get the bushing shell out.

I used a air hammer on a junky compressor. I'm talking worse than a small pancake unit. With a bigger compressor, would have been much better.
On the rear, (the hanger I think) part is like dimpled. Took forever to get those out.
Drive a wedge/chisel between the body of the spring and the portion that rolls over. After driving in the chisel, you can hammer out the bushing very easily (unless it's rust welded in, then a little persuasion is required.
I usually try one of the methods listed then end up with a tire fire method winning. Then drive a chisel in the eye to spread it slightly and push the sleeve out with the air hammer.
