However, Stealership prices are far worse in this case! My local Ford has this part for $145.00!! That's no typo! I asked 3 times and verified the application picture. Insane.

$145 for JUST the little plastic bushing??? 
You can buy a whole new shifter (Dorman) for about $100. And it comes with a new bushing

Well it's actually a rubber-lined metal bushing but still, it should be about $8, maybe $15 cause it's Ford. But yeah even the parts lady was blushing at that one. She basically laughed and said "i'm sorry, that's crazy", haha.
