Hello all, I have been a lurker here for quite some time, finally thought I’d post something. I am not new to diesel vehicles, I have owned 7 vehicles over the years and still own 3 and a couple of tractors. My newest purchase was a 1994 Ford F-350 crew cab 4x4 XL, 7.3idi NA that was a former security forces vehicle for the Navy. It is in good shape with no rust and only 29,000 original miles. The bed was buggered up a bit so I put a flatbed on it and added some Alcoa wheels. It had set for a great deal of time and I literally replaced everything in the fuel system except the original fuel filter base. The truck runs great, just been thinking of adding a turbo. I may be seeking some help from you all as I go through that process. I am pretty mechanically inclined, I grew up helping my dad at his shop. Dad has been wrenching forever. Willing to take any advice that comes my way on this rig. I am hoping Type 4 chimes in, I am wanting to see if he has any ore of those up pipes he had. For the life of me, I can’t see how to pm. Anyway, great to be here in good company.

Thanks,

Eric

Welcome to OB!

PM is easier than it may seem. Click on the left hand user's name or image and a box will pop up. Along the top of the box, one selection is "start a conversation." click on that and you are now PMing! To check messages, look at the upper right hand corner of the page next to your name. If it has a little red dot with a number in it, you have messages waiting.
