I have a factory turbo 7.3 idi and the entire truck shakes between 1000 and 1500 rpms. It feels like its loping at idle and clears up above 1500 rpm. No smoke. Cracked fuel lines at each injector and idle changed on all of them. Going to have injectors pop tested by diesel shop, just wondering if I'm going in the right direction or not. Thought it was the harmonic balance but not noticing any wobble in it. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I drove a customers truck that acted like that. It had a few new injectors and a few old ones. I'm guessing that the injectors we're popping all over the place.

Had something similar. Lots of people complain about it when the temps hit above 105 here in phx. Separate tire tread. Had a bubble that really shook the truck.

I have the same with my van (E350 4x4 with 7.3 powerstroke). I never fellt it while driving. One time by accident I checked charging system and idle it up a bit. At 1200 to 1400 it shakes like hell. You only feel it sitting inside. As I said while driving I never fell something. I have no idea if this was since I got the van but I could not found any thing and drive like this now since about 30000 mls.....

The early powerstrokes are just like that. No real rhyme or reason.

Replaced all 8 eight injectors after being told 5 were bad. Problem is not as bad but still there. What to try next.

What transmission?
As asked before.... just notice this when driving, or will it happen when rev'ing in the driveway too?

Also, The factory turbo idi used different balancer & flywheels. Jus throwin that out there. Some parts changers don't know difference. Factory auto flywheels very hard to find. I had bad ring gear, couldn't locate new f/w but I did find a ring gear. Cut off bad gear, expanded new gear & rewelded same spots & length welds doing my best to retain balance.
94 factory turbo idi

Have you pulled the inspection cover off the trans to see if there is any issues? Flexplate?

Where did you get your injectors? You said it’s better but still shakes... so that says to me something you did had an effect. May not be the effect you want but an effect.
