I was just curious if anyone has tried to centrifuge d2 diesel as a controlled base line of what is going into our tanks compared to wmo/wvo. I Ordered my spinner from Pa Biodiesel but it will take another week to get here. I don't know how well refineries filter their D2. If most stock fuel filters are 10 microns absolute, and D2 has particulates at 5 microns, then my guess is that everyone should be ok to drive diesels with that much filtration with wvo/wmo right? Or maybe the PPM matter as well?

I've done if before and gotten some silt looking stuff out of it but not enough to accumulate and "stick" to the sides of the centrifuge. Since this post is 4 months old, what'd you find when your centrifuge arrived and you spun diesel?
