I recently bought a 92 f350 7.3l idi dually with a known air intrusion. I replaced tank, supply line, pump, filter, injector returnlines, and the return line. When I turn the key I hear a destinct clicking for about 10 seconds then nothing when I turn it over it cranks but doesn't even try to start. I even threw a electric pump on the tank and got a leak out of the return line(loose hose clamp but I tightened it) and still haven't seen fuel out of my injection lines.

How long does the WTS stay on?

Takes a lot of cranking to expell all the air when replacing all that you did.

Keep a battery charger on the batteries when cranking.

You could remove the GP's to let the engine turn over faster or tow it if you have a hand shaker.

Wts stays on about 10 seconds and I know I for sure have fuel in the pump and filter I even had It flowing back to the tank through the return line.

I’m guessing air intrusion or not enough cranking to expel the air. Or fuel not reaching the injectors. But who knows, could be glow plugs. I’ve had all of the above at one time or another in just a year and a half.

If your looking for lots of fuel to squirt out of the injector hard lines you wont see that. Very little fuel is sent to injectors during engine cranking. Best way to purge air from injector lines is leave them tight and crank for 10 to 15 seconds. Stop cranking and crack open every hard line at the injectors.Listen and look for air escaping or fuel leaking out. tighten them and crank it again. Do this till you see small amounts of fuel at injectors. Yes... you actually can hear the air escaping when you crack open the hard lines.
