What kind of Compressor Wheel do I have?

I have a compressor wheel but I'm not sure what it is for. I bought what was supposed to be a Turbonetics TS04 T-58 turbo on Ebay ( I know stupid but in my defense I did talk to the guy and this was several years ago and I have learned my lesson). Well needless to say I got the wrong one but now I can't remember if the wheel is for that turbo or not. The dimensions on the wheel are circa 60mm inducer and 70mm on the exducer. The part number on the box and on the wheel is 199489. Box gives a date of 09/25/08 and Made in USA. I am thinking of either attempting to rebuild my factory turbo or getting someone else to rebuild it and wanted to know if this wheel would fit. Actually I need a need compressor housing for that turbo as it was chewed up pretty badly when I bought the truck. Well any help that you all can give on this would be greatly appreciated.

How can you tell it's Borg Warner 79Jasper? Just curious because I thought it would be a Garrett or maybe a Turbonetics
