Its been a long time since I've done any upgrades to the old girl, right now it has a Wildman 6 pos. chip with the strongest position being 50 hp, its a total slug compared to the y2k. I think I need new injectors, it idles fine but almost seems to miss at high rpm/throttle. would like it if this truck could run as strong as the y2k (+140) with an sct tuner.

New injectors whos? and what cc?

new HPOP?

Intercooler Worth it?

Send the wildman chip back for a reburn? or get something else?

other stuff?

I still prefer the hydra over anything else.
From what I've seen, go bigger than you plan. For me, I wouldn't go any smaller than a 200cc. (Hybrids all the way)
You could probably get by with your current hpop, if it's healthy.
Definitely go efuel.

What is your fuel pressure at idle and at speed ?

Have you cleaned the screen at the fuel bowl ?

Have you rebuilt the regulator at the fuel bowl ?

e fuel, awesome definitely bad ass!

I have no idea what my pressures are, I clean the screen every time I change the filter, Ive never rebuilt the regulator but I did shim it about 10 years ago, that helped big time with the power.

So you need to get rag and tire psi gauge and see what the pressure is at the schrader valve.

chances are the spring and/or poppet are out of spec and bleeding pressure off and if the fuel pressure is low you will see performance issues under load and at high rpm
