i moved this load only 15 miles but I completely underestimated the weight. Of rubber. Each roll is solid rubber sheets. One pallet on the front of my trailer completely reverse arched my leaf springs. Once I had everything on even all 8 trailer tires were bulging quite a bit. I’m going to weigh one roll and try and see what it was but any guesses? My Truck even with the 4inch downpipe and 6637 filter and intake tube would only pull 3rd on flat ground. Any slight hill and it was floored in 2nd. Even around town there was two hills it wouldn’t pull 1st I had to use granny all the way up. After I re positioned the pallets my springs were much better, I didn’t tow with them that loaded!

what kind of forklift was used to load you?
"normally" my estimates are each pallet is packed to a minimum of 2000 lb to 4000lb.
you have 5 pallets visible so the weight on one side is 10 to 20kl/bs. on one side.
with both sides loaded equally, you would be 20 to 40k/lbs.
that is a load for the average tractor/trailer running 22.5-24.5 tires.
bottom line, you are waaayyyy overweight.
there are load range "G" 16 in tires you can get for the trailer tires at 3860/lb ea dual. that's better than 2778/lb for "E" range tires.
As far as tires for your power unit, you need to make a choice if you are going to be playing in the mud or be a serious hauler. the mud tires and cast alu rims are a bomb waiting to go off and if DOT gets a hold of you with another load like that, you're going to jail.

Yep I need these tires off. Only reason they are still on is they are brand new when I purchased the truck. Surprisingly they have a very high weight rating. Much higher than my last e rated tires. 3807 a piece. I’m trying to locate a dually as I’d like to swap axles, springs and drop it to stock height. I hate the mud tires as much as you. Fortunately the next trip down there I will be taking the sterling 550 after seeing how much this rubber weighs

Also my trailer tires are 10ply 3805 a piece at 80psi according to the Sid wall
single or dual rating? dually rating is always lower. be honest, it's a dually app.
btw.... I don't hate mud tires, I just dont like to do heavy tow with big tires due to when you have a blowout, the bigger the tire, the deader you will be. :O

Nope your right, just went back outside. It’s 3450 dual, I’m almost thinking about buying the steel 19.5’s and keeping my truck srw.

And I agree 100% with you, this is my work Truck. I hated the tires that were on it! For a fun Truck I’d love em

I’m sure someone would love to have them on their truck, maybe see if you can find someone who would swap their stockers with some cash for your setup?

I’ve been trying to locate someone local to do just that. Either of you guys have any experience with the 19.5 srw steelies they sell? I’m considering instead of making it a dually just selling my wheels and tires and putting on the 19.5’s

Do you think single 19.5’s would be sufficient compared to a dual 16 setup? Ie would it be worth it for me to swap axles vs just running 19.5’s?

Look into what 19.5 tires you can get in your price range and see what load range they have, and decide from that if you need drw or not
