the absolute best way to get ahold of the man is on facebook.
he's stretched thin, and now has all of the tools for a full scale machine shop.
the phone is the worst way to get ahold of him.
drop him an e-mail or find him on facebook

He does not build his pumps, he does build his injectors, his time line on injectors is a function of new parts availability.

It is tax time gentlemen, so R&D is hopping. He must be really busy because I am a member of a Facebook group he is a mod on and haven't seen him on it for days. Would be nice if he could find an investor that would help his company go to the next level. It looks poised to expand.

He does not have any exhaust elbows because the , and im being delicate here, idiots wont return the cores. I warned him about this.
I know hes out because he wanted to know if I had any for sale. I dont.It is an impossible poart to find, there are no new and the jerks keeping the cores are just that , jerks.
I wouldnt sell an elbow for less than 200 if I had any.

Fwiw I ordered a full Stg 1 kit, DP, injectors, cam and fuel rails. It wasnt Amazon fast but I understood most of the stuff was built to order and fantastic quality. So yea it might take a bit but Im overall very happy with his stuff

You're right there's not much I can do. I don't mind waiting for Quality Parts, I just wish I could have some communication from his end. When I did get to talk to him on the phone prior to ordering he seem to be very knowledgeable which is why I decided to purchase from him in the first place. I guess I just wanted some reassurance from others who have purchased from him that I will eventually receive my ip. Hopefully before mine completely quits... Which probably isn't too far off and it's my daily driver
I wouldn't sweat it, he won't burn you.
I'm certain there is a legit reason he's been outta touch.

This was an initial concern for me when I bought an IP and injectors from Justin. At times I thought I could have taken my business elsewhere, and had products faster. That might be true, but any time I had a question throughout my entire repair/assembly or concern about a product, Justin took the time to discuss it until I fully understood. When I suspected one of his components to be responsible for a fuel leak, he stood behind his products. (The problem was hard line related.)

You won't get burned by Justin, but you might need to be patient. Around 6 months ago, I was reaching him by phone. When I would get impatient, I kept in mind that there aren't a lot of people backing quality products for our vintage of trucks the way that Justin and Mel do. (Full disclosure: I've never done business with Mel, but I wouldn't hesitate either. )

I'll step off the soapbox now.

Well I have tried many times to order a crossover pipe from R&D... I don't have fakebook so have to rely on email or phone. Today I finally resigned myself to buying SS pipes pieces and fab my own... well I will try phoning one more time. ANSWERED! Pipe is in stock :Thumbs Up. Two minutes later I have spent some money. I hope shipping doesn't take too long... getting excited to get my turbo installed :peelout
