Yes super easy to put together. But like the poster above I made mine out of all -6 jic hydraulic hose. Makes it easy to take lines on and off and worry free when I have to leave it unnatended
Ya i like the way your fittings look nice and easy to disassemble to if one had to.
Ive been looking at all sorts of pics of injectors that have run wmo, some good, some horrible!
So i've decided i'm going to pull mine and take before and after pics. I had mine out this last summer to do injector o-rings and they had a fair bit of carbon build up on them. This truck was used when I bought it so I don't know it's service history.
Anyways I would like to document how it all goes.

Yes I made it that way because I have a six foot piece of -6 hose I’ll use sometimes to pump out of the tank to fill my trucks tanks. And also sometimes on the auction side to use the pump to get every last drop out of things. Here’s a pic of my injectors after about 10k miles on wmo in an idi. Only one had any ash buildup and it was very minor.

Ya all the pics I've seen of psd injectors that had run WMO looked just like mine when I did my injector orings. So to me it looks like normal build up

Well so far iv burned 20 gal with only positive results. Quiet engine, smooth easy starts, and cheep. My end mix had about 5-10 gal diesel and 10-15 gal rug. I received a 15gal gift of someones whoops filling their TDI with gas (hard telling the mix ratio). My total batch was 55gal. 50 Ish of witch will be used the 5 remaining gallons will be re-cleaned.

Just got all my stuff and have finished my setup. Unfortunately my in line heater is no match for the cold weather we are having here. -21 Celsius. Heading to a buddies to get a tiger torch to hear up my barrel.

Ok 50 gal in I have found... Being plugged in is a must at freezing and below. I have a power draw and anything less that 11v is about useless. If driven every day it is fine but more than 2-3 days parked is trouble without charging. Below zero is a bi*** to start if plugged in less than 2 hours. Cooking my second batch and plan to blend a bit heavier with rug.

I'm just about finished my first batch. The oil I had was very dirty. Was cleaning my CF every 30mins to start. Last go around left it for 6 hrs, but it's still pulling crap out. Hopefully it will be done tomorrow.
