7.3 weird running symptoms

i bought a 2003 e350 at auction. When cold it idles ruff like it’s down a couple cylinders. Won’t build any boost either. Once the engine is fully warmed up it’ll run 100% better but I still feel it might be down one hole as it’ll only build 6-7psi

To me it either acts like some injectors don’t come online until it’s hot or a major exhaust leak but curious if anyone might offer some suggestions. Even when warm at 6psi it runs great but somethings not letting it open up all the way

That’s what I thought but the ebpv is functioning normally. In my earlier leak I said exhaust leak when I meant to stay bloackage. It runs just like the turbo is bottlenecked. Or it could just be some bad injectors. If you hold it floored in neautral it takes up tons slowly hesitating and once it hits about 2k it’ll run up to redline from there like normal.

Disconnect the exhaust from the downpipe and see how it acts. Lol
I would also run a buzz and cct test.
