My EGT is on the manifold. Sounds like to be safe I probably shouldn't push more then 10 PSI with about 2 - 3 flats max. That should give me a good starting point with some minor tweaks from there.
Crank it up, watch for smoke and pyro. If everything's good, crank it up more and do the same. As long as your EGTs stay sane, you'll be fine.

I would agree with the intercooler as well. I havent dealt too much with a turbo idi at elevations like that, but I know egts with my na at 9000' were insane. keeping 70 mph i was right around 1150*. That would be my only thing is drive by the pyro, as previously said.
This is why you need a turho in the first place. You are running "rich" at elevation, because you are getting less air in compared to sea level. Ford de-rated the N/A engine at altitude as it is.
The turbo... basically eliminated that de-rating, but Ford didn't crank the fuel up from N/A spec, so we don't know where the turbo will start having trouble.

This is also why adding a turbo will decrease egts despite cranking the fuel up(check Banks' documentation), because it can run 'leaner' at full throttle.

You could also look at modding the intake, and exhaust down pipe; both will aid in allowing easier air flow so less EGT's; without too much work.
