I'm getting the itch to swap out the 460 in my new truck with an IDI. I'm looking for a complete runner around the Eugene area, but willing to travel to Portland down to Medford. Factory Turbo would be a plus.

check out CL in norcal. plenty of running trucks in redding area not even being nibbled on. I like buying a complete truck so I know the motor is good from driving around and not from someone's "word"

4 rigs already takes up all my driveway, side of house, and street room. Wife would probably be upset with a complete donor, which is what I would like but can't really swing.

I'd reason with her about this. you are much better off putting in a known good motor, rather than a questionmark. unless you find a total, you have to wonder why would anyone go through the misery of pulling an IDI "just to sell"
