Personally I'm curious if having that hardline from the frame rail to the radiator gives you trouble. I'd be worried about flex causing problems.

Only thing I see is you will want a bung in the upper hose on the engine to fill/bleed air. Just looks like a 1/2 pipe plug there. Will work but might fight filling being that small. Most guys put a second cap on

The Radiator sits higher than the cross over, I am hoping it will just be for bleeding air.

There should be enough movement I'm not way worried about it and at $23 a foot for coolant hose I'm using it sparingly.

I don’t have any insight on coolant routing but do you have more pictures of your truggy??
