I did have one water air intercooler setup. Bryan cromwells setup, But heck yeah guys add more pics. The more the merrier! Nice bullnose ic setup too! @jaluhn83
and @saburai A stock ats 093 intake hat will work with the intercooler setup. no mods needed to it besides rotation.

From the picture on the Hypermax site it looks like a different snail to me.

It does look slightly different. I will also bet that would make for a better connection, as mine seems slightly short and you have to encourage all the boots to play nice. I also dont think that the wastegate is needed, it may be needed on a factory turbo because they are pinned but otherwise I am not sure why you would need one.

Thanks. Bit of cobbled together mess and apparently the pics I have on the computer suck - have to get some better ones.

I did some fab work on the intake and eliminated the snail entirely - one fewer thing to mess with and gained some turbo clearance. Don't seem to have on of the final product but these give an idea of the work - filled the gap with various aluminum plate chunks and welded the whole mess together.

No it's a factory Ford 6.0L intercooler. 3.25" inlets. Some years have plastic end tanks. Avoid those

i don't know if brick noses have enough room behind the grill. only things i had to do were cut out for tubing, cut 1" off the hood release lever, and flatten the vertical support. or maybe i took out the support. and make the mounts.
