Does How I route my piping affect performance much? I'm gonna have to route under my core support because my truck has the wide radiator and it's gonna have a few 90 bends in it and it's ginn hve a couple feet more piping than what most would have, Is it gonna kill performance like this?

No is the short answer, there’s a lot of elements to consider but usually what affects performance the most is the volume of intercooler pipes can cause increased turbo lag, but it should be marginal at this power level

Trying to route this 2.5 inch piping is proving to be impossible I can't seem to make it fit under my hood, it's really close but it's still hitting, I don't really want to take off the insulation under the hood my trucks already loud from taking the firewall insulation off but I may have to?

think outside the box.
you don't have the "dip" in your radiator support. go under and come back up.

That part I have routed it's going from the top end to the radiator and then down I haven't figured out yet, like I can't get my hood to shut without it hiring the pipes. I have a universal kit so many bends and pieces I just can't seem to route it well. Mostly the passenger side is my problem, can't get pipe over radiator hose it hits the hood, anyone got pictures of there pipe routing handy just the top view is all I need the bottom halve I figured out and driver side is good I have no ac in the way, basically I just need the passenger side half of piping figured out off a factory turbo. I have typ4 hat so I can turn it where ever it
