Got all the basic tools and quite a few specialty tools.
Can pull a vehicle with tow chain, if trailer is needed I have access to a few.
Can fix most tires on the road, have access to 24hour emergency tire repair if I can't fix it.
Got a mechanical repair shop, got a welder and air compressor, can fix most things next day.
I'll travel as far as needed, with fuel compensation if it's not within reasonable distance.

quite a good selection of tools, small shop, timing an some diagnostic tools.
some mechancial exp, and a book or two floating around the shop, also internet, can handle an RV in yard will open doors in emergency!!!!!
Can travel upwards or 100 miles or 160 Km
NAPA close by Lordco close by, machine shops and friends close by.

Can and will assist in any weather at any time of day any day of year regardless.

can tow within 100 miles, anything more'll cost you fuel

When in ABQ, basic tools, just a little car, will come try to help though up to say 80 miles
When in Tucson, comprehensive set of mechanics tools, decent selection of certain IDI parts, available pretty much 24/7, up to say 100 miles, have my truck to tow trailers, trucks, etc.
