Not so busy right now, chances are that rotomaster has a carbon seal and it needs to be switched to a dynamic seal. that kit may work but most of the older ones I have done need the housing honed for oversize bearings.
Backplates are about 60.00 that kit will have the right other stuff in it.
On edit ,that is not the kit you want, you do not want the carbon seal. the kit he sells that is correct is 85 ish I think.

Wait. Before you try to screw with it.

Does the turbo spin freely by hand? If so, don't mess with rebuilding it yet. That's more than likely not your problem.

Next, pull off the intake(air filter) and watch the turbo intake wheel while at idle. It should be spinning. Crank the throttle up and it should spin faster.

If you are having issues with it spinning, start looking at the exhaust system. Make sure you are getting pressure to the turbo on the exhaust side. No pressure = no boost.

Also, /when/ are you checking your boost pressure? You won't see any boost unless you are accelerating, giving it fuel. At idle, you'll make nothing or a slight vacuum.

If you don't have much fueling, or an exhaust leak, you might not see more than a couple of PSI at WOT, and even less at part throttle.

Even what doesn't seem like a big leak pre-turbo can actually cause a no boost situation, my ats non gated saw 4-5 psi with pump maxed out coal everywhere. Sealed leaks had 14ish psi wot triple my boost! Added bigger pump saw almost 20psi
