Ok so depress clutch at red light, noticed a slight noise that quit, put trans in neutral like usual, went to take off and couldn't get it in gear. Drove 40miles w/out clutch and begin work. 1st I noticed some slack so I replaced the clutch master cylinder so i could eliminate the slack in the rod, replaced the small bushing. Noticed the pedal box bushings had play so I ordered and replaced those as well. Have no slack but still won't release. I bled the system and pedal is harder than usual. I looked at the fork and it moves but not full travel, throw out bearing is moving accordingly but not enough to release the pressure plate. All the fingers are intact and nothing fell out when I pulled the dust cover...anyone ever ran into this?

Mine did that when the throw out bearing seized and ate the pressure plate. Only took about 8 miles from the first squeek to total destruction.
