If you haven't decided on a sealant yet, I'd suggest windshield sealer. I'd think that would work.

Well today I got the holes drilled for the transmission cross member. Front drive shaft and sent out the rear axel for sandblasting and paint. Also I got the firewall from the 94 donor truck out I will start cutting out the fire wall in the 84 on Saturday

So basically the only difference in the single and split window is mounting bolt locations? Sounds easy enough but what about the interior panels? What do you do about those?

I got the fire wall installed today just finishing up welding it all on the out side top going to weld on the inside bottom
