Cheaper Alternative to NAPA Coolant Test Strips

I have a bottle of NAPA coolant test strips that I bought a couple years back when I got my IDI. Last time I went to test coolant the strips had gone bad. The bottle contained ~50 strips and I had used maybe ten. A new bottle of strips from NAPA is $40 and I was wondering if there was a less expensive alternative, or even just a smaller package that would work. I wouldn't have a problem paying $40 if I used them, but with only the one diesel engine I'll never come close to using them up before they expire. Does anyone know of any other sources or brands?

I run Zerex G-05. No additive needed. Presumably no testing needed. Pretty easy to get at auto parts stores.

Thanks, I'll look those up.

I have a bunch of that in my garage. It's what I use in my newer Dodge pickup. Does the SCA ever need to be "topped up" with the Z05? I guess I'm not sure it needs to be topped up with the NapaKool, it's just been quite a while since I've tested it. I haven't had to add coolant or anything though.

I don't think so. I have a small leak and just keep lots of extra in the RV for topping off. One less expense, no strips. It's been in there 4 years so far and 16k+ miles, crossing mountains out west while towing and has been fine. But it's also a 6.9 so it has thicker walls.
