So, I was googling trying to find a PTO for my T19 and I finally googled it juussssst right and a post on "Ford Truck Enthusiast" came up and a little over a year ago a guy going by the name of "possum truck" posted that he had a PTO off of a T19 for sale on their marketplace. Well, I says to myself, "Hey, there's a @PossumTruck on Oil burners!" So I looked and sure nuff both of these alleged "possum trucks" live in Michigan and own Ford trucks that have IDI engines. After a minute of deeeeep consideration I concluded that beyond a shadow of doubt!, I had my man. So why am I making this thread? Simply this: I PMed him on like Wednesday or Thursday of last week, and he hasn't logged on since the Tuesday before that Wednesday! So if anyone has his number or maybe you're close enough that he can see YOUR smoke signals, PLEASE get him in touch with me!!! I don't have enough old tires to make smoke signals to Michigan, I guess I could try running some of the sludge off the bottom of my collection tank through the tow truck, that should make a cloud but then I'd probably need more than a PTO. Do you know how useless a regular cab truck is when it has a wrecker body on it that doesn't work? Now I REALLY can't haul anything. Help me possum truck wan Kenobi, you're my only hope!!!

Well, I have a 9000K two seater that isn't fast or sleek! It's currently the most useless vehicle I have. My wife's firebird (KITT) has more funtionallity than my tow truck.

Edit: and I have a car to haul off for scrap!

I would love a wrecker like you have ..... the equivalent of that here is at least 40k. We haul most things with a trailer or old underpowered ramp trucks unless you have gold lined pockets for a slide deck.

It's really grown on me, and its amazingly useful when you have hydraulics! I need to post on my "tow truck" thread the story of me getting it. It was a 700 mile round trip and I paid $2500 for it. Nearly died on the way home with it because the trailer I was hauling it on was completely inadequate, but I just kept telling myself, "after this, I own a tow truck and I won't have to do dumb crap like this anymore"

Man, I gave up on selling that thing and it went to waste due to space reasons. I couldn't have thought of a better home for it.

No worries. They're out there somewhere. I think there's a NP435 option too. Those PTOs seem to be more available.
