1989 F350 "J hook" wiper arms

A little while ago someone mentioned that there existed J-hook wiper arms for 1989 F350's, He had sent me the part number, which I wrote down and lost, Obvious!
now I need to order some more parts from the US, and it is nice to order them as well.

If only that person could help me again with that part number, please?

Don’t know the part number but I was at the junk yard one day and took off the wiper arms from a 1994 f250 (which are the J hook style ) and stuck them on my 91 f350 so I could run newer style blades

well, That was what I wondered also, but since my F-350 might be the one and only here in a radius of several 100 km's I couldn't test that.

I did a bunch of Google searching for the "J" Hook Wiper arms last night, probably spent way over an hour reading different threads, web sites, what E-bay posts etc...

There is a lot of after market stuff out there, mostly Chicom stuff, but then there isn`t any NOS, OEM stuff left, unless some one has it on a back shelf in a wear house etc...

I did come up with one part# F1TZ-17526AA that fits on 91 - 97 F-150 - F-350 and Bronco.

Then from Lakeland, Ford in FL. they show for a 97 F-250 F4TZ-17526A for $24.97 each arm, special reduced price.

Ford seems to have used the same size Splined Shaft for quite a few years.
Then is seems (from reading ) Ford made the splined shaft a larger diameter on the new stuff they are making today, but don`t know what year they did that. Guys on that thread were not real clear.

Did some poking around on Rock Auto.
"J" Hook 21.75"
Pin style 18.75"

Looks like 90 was last year for the "PIN" style
90 first year for "J" Hook.

97 shows 2 different Arms.
Front left 24.5"
Front 21.75".
Also these use a Splined Flange Nut.

So looks like we are good up to 96 for the "J" Hook.
Do your own searching to be sure.

Just wanted to add my 92 has the pins and my 94 had j hooks. Wish I kept those when I junked it.

Often you just don't know about that when you junk it.

i ordered a set of 93 or 94 j hook wiper arms from autozone when i swapped arms.
i have since made my own fold up wiper arms. it is not easy but can be done. yes i am teasing you all, and wont give up my secrets other than it can be done, and they did make some oe. iirc 92-94 e series vans.

So, do the j-hook arms not fold out either? Drives me crazy in the winter.
