The taller and longer Cummins (8.3, ISC, L10, ISL) are in a similar physical size domain to the DT466. It's beyond what I'm going to put in a pickup. Or, consider the F650/750 platform where it might fit (or have been available).
For more cubes in a pickup, I'd rather try to build a mechanical 6BT using the newer 6.7L shortblock.
