Just wanted to let you all know that rockauto has intake gaskets in stock right now! They are listed as “wholesaler closeout” so who knows how many they actually have. Get ‘em while you can!

Wow that was fast, they must have just found a few in the corner of a warehouse or something. Hopefully they can scrounge up some more sometime soon.

Yeah makes me wonder what the long term plan is for these things. I still find it hard to believe they would just all stop making them. There is still tons of these engines in service all over the country in both Ford and International trucks.

I know there's other companies out there that have reversed engineered them, but they want a considerable amount more for them. This is a link to one someone shared I've kept around.

Yeah......one time I mentioned a good deal on here........ well.....I'm still waiting on my royalty check from rockauto. Be careful posting this stuff. Maybe just mention you found it and tell us to PM you for the details. There's snipers on this forum that don't chime in, and us regulars that contribute humor and information miss out. I just sold a turbo kit to a regular who's been wanting a turbo kit for a while and I sold my turbo rods to a regular who's thinking about getting back with his "ex-wife". The only way you knew I was selling them was that you read my lame threads! It's just a thought, but worth thinking about. But that's twice rockauto sold out of something just after it got mentioned on here and I know @Nero didn't get the only 2 they had available.

Edit: I'm not mad or anything, just saying. Let's tactfully look out for each other.

Appreciate the kind words @Jesus Freak, no offense taken. I've been wanting a pair of these for my engine, so I can do head studs, along with building my spare engine, so they aren't going to sit and collect dust at least.
It is a real shame though, that this particular part is such a pain to get right now.

I am glad to hear that they are available elsewhere, even if it’s $120. I also saw that classic diesel designs sells a fancy one for $150.

Yeah right now is 12 members and 280 in the Peanut Gallery reading this stuff also.
We try to help ea other out, and they are on it like a Duck on a June Bug.

I have a spare Valley pan, but one I pulled from PNP.
