A search lead me here. And it looks like McMaster-Carr doesn't have them in the size listed above. Unless the tolerances are pretty flexible from those measurements.
Where to get them?
I was hoping to get spare washers and o-rings in one shot.

Try talking to one of the fuel parts suppliers (preferrably one of the good ones). See if they'll sell you only some copper washers and o-rings.

Napa sells them in their injector install kit, plus several vendors such as Russ and CDD has them for sale too.

Inside those Washers have those little nubbies on the inside.
The IDI Washers are smooth on the inside.
Wonder if that would be a problem?

The size I found for the IDI is
OD .615---- MM 15.621
ID .298----- MM 7.569.2
Thick .058-- MM 1.4732

I found a site that has a good selection of washers.
Didn`t go through them yet to see sizes.

This e-bay guy supposedly has them for the IDI, yet has the nubbies.
No demintions.

Looking at the return like kits, the Washers are smooth on the inside

This e-bay guy has them, and are smooth on the inside.
Says : Also fits 5.9 with 7mm tips.

98 - 02 Dodge close to the IDI Engine

ID 7 mm
OD 15 mm
Thick 1.5 mm

So there ya go, cross referenced it on various sites. never thought it would be that difficult to find them for the IDI.

And here's a whole kit for less than $1 more. (They're $115 at NAPA now).
I'm assuming all are from China, fwiw.
I wonder if these o-rings are Viton. And what's up with the hose barbs on the caps being on the side? Mine go straight into the barrel. Which is better? Not that I need more caps.

The Hose barbs on the side is used on the 7.3 engines, Think the return hose is 1/4".
You can use them on the 6.9 engine, just need to swap every thing, can`t mix and match.

Copied this from Diesel Hub.
There are two injector return cap styles, referred to simple as the "early" and "late" style. The two styles are not directly interchangeable, however an early style return system can be retrofitted to the late style. While there's some debate surrounding the topic, the consensus is that there is little reason to convert one system to the other. The late style injector return cap was introduced during the 1989 model year to address concerns with fuel leaks. Early style return systems utilize a 3/16" hose while late style return systems feature 1/4" fuel hoses. The two styles are easily distinguishable and you can visually ensure that you are getting the correct parts for your application. The figure below will help you distinguish the early and late injector caps.

I just checked O'Reilly's. $98 there.
I guess I'll take a chance on a $20 Ebay kit just to get 8 washers.
Probably won't be here in time though. :-(
