G force calculator.
Thanks for the upper link.

BUT:
Why should every website visitor of https://pabiodieselsupply.com visit another site, to do the homework - that https://pabiodieselsupply.com should have done.
He/They want to sell - so they need to provide all data possible to allow comparison with competitors. And the G-Force is a main unit folks are looking after. - Just imagine if other manufacturers in other branches would stop providing technical/comparison data...

The website visitor then decides if s/he want to turn into a customer of PA Biodiesel Supply.

I am running a Ultimate Force Oil Centrifuge and the ball bearing(s) of the motor are showing signs of wear.

Did anyone replace the bearings on this motor?
Which ball bearings (model type) are mounted?
What is Motor Shaft Seal type?

How to remove the "bowl cone" from the motor axle?

Thanks!

I contacted PA Biodiesel Supply directly regarding upper questions.
And, Surprise - Surprise, the response time was incredible fast.
Not only that I know now what I need, but they also shared "how to do it".
Both saves time and effort.

Great - outstanding - support!

BTW: PA also added the Gs to the Ultimate Force Centrifuge :D

I just got my new fuge, pabiodiesel ultimate force centrifuge up and running. Man I thought removing the bowl lid screws to clean the bowl would be a hassle, but I am a convert. So easy to clean when it's filled up with sludge. Even it's hard like clay or sloppy soft stuff. So much easier then the fixed "c-shape" design. I do have a few design mods I would do if I were make version 2.0, but they are not needed really.

I just replaced the bearing in another fuge motor. Super easy with these induction type motors. Glad pabiodiesel got back to you. Their customer support has been good to me too.

What is a fixed C-Shape design?

Nice to read that others share similar PA Biodiesel experiences.
In today`s world - it is not usual anymore to have such fast response.

C-shape is like WVO designs and absolute centrifuge (no longer around). Not sure what they are officially called. The cross section looks like a "c" in shape. Simple to build and strong. Pretty easy to clean too.

Thanks for your explanation.

Sometimes I run into trouble opening the "cover" of my bowl.
Maybe I am just too careful or inexperienced because the bowl can load so much, that I simply don't need to clean it so often...

What kind of trouble? Binds up and can't get it to rotate? Mine got hard to rotate with some clay like sludge it got out of one batch.
I accidentally left the bowl lid screws loose, didn't double check, and the the gasket squeezed itself out. Needless to say I didn't need to clean the bowl and 12 hrs of cleaning time wasted lol. Took the bowl out of the fuge and used a rubber mallet to knock it back to get them apart. Oring was good, no nicks or stretching. Got lucky for sure.

Hard time or trouble to open the lid.
Even I use it since some time ;) I still haven't found the "easy way" or "fast way" to open it for cleaning.
I don't want to use any sharp or cornered tool because I don't want to cause any scratches.
