Yes and two pepole saying its a issues, means should rethink this.

It also doesn't have to be an hose or fittings.

Issue with -12 an/jic, the nut to get something on to the flange off the turbo will be the problem. I wont be able to turn the nut to tighten it up, the manifold is in the way on the passenger side and cant have a lot of straight drop on the driver. This is what I see for a flange to get it below the compressor housing, so would have to come up with something else other than an/jic off the turbo.

-12 ts drain

This is the only other option I see but not how I would be getting a tube off it, so leads me back to that pipe from cummins.

They do make aftermarket flexible turbo drains too, where it has the flange for the turbo, followed by a length of corrugated metal that's flexible.

Was going to do more wiring, but stainless splices are impossible to crimp. So on to something else and the tower was in need of sealing, there is now a gasket between each piece of the sandwich. I also cut corners that where bound to cut me and painted the needed bits.

I dont have a bit or tab to fit a plug in the ccv port, so some 1in od washers to hold the oem seal in place.

Got some slinkys for drains and got what could be found for for compression fittings at the hardware store, all they had was for 7/8 od, they skiped 3/4.

They will work out and now need to find a pile of fittings to get them down to the pan, could had dug for slightly longer ones.

I sent a few places on a witch hunt to find something to compleat the circut. One the places happened to have 3/4 compression to hose fittings, they only had three.

So cut the 7/8 end off the lines and fitted these to the slinkys, need now to have the "bung" welded on.

looks much better and should work out fine I think as i said before any restriction on the drain = bad outcome and really expensive consequences been there done that it didn't end well and sad part is I did it 2 times and both times killed the motors 1 it hydro locked engine via oil sucked in after engine was cool and was cold starting and bent rods and a ejocto rod occured along with head gasket popped 2nd time the engine ran away until it went pop before I could get intake off to block off air supply we are talking in a 30-60 second period it went bang and destroyed pistons and rings / head gaskets popped / and well 4 rods were bent out of 8 needless to say that was a huge hit to my pocket and ego both times point is no such thing as overkill on turbo drains it will save you a ton of headache and money in longrun do not skimp on the turbo drains kids doesn't end well on a diesel to high of compression and fact they will run on theyre own crankcase oil.

Got the bung glue on and the pan treated for rust, the green paint was flaking off so had to go. This is after it sat a few day and found a few places that need sanded more.

In due time, its about ready to be thrown in but there is also a rabit hole I have falling in that I need to sort out at the same time. That water cooled pc of yours might have eatten as much thought, its been years since mine last ate thought. Keep in mind with that system you will lose coolant over time and dont let it go low, you dont need it to boil over making a mess. I run mine 24/7 with mayhem pastel, I find with my system its best to change coolant yearly. If that is aio you have, you wont be able to refill but could some years before its a problem. They will make a gurgling sound off and on when low. This is my upgrade past a aio, the tubes now have a brown stain tho with years of use.

Well, my cooler is an AIO, so it's completely sealed with no service ports on it. According to Corsair I don't have to service it. But I always keep a close eye on how it's running.

Good thing you have that root beer on top of the support to help level it out.

Whats the intercooler out of? Do you have any concerns about it obstructing air flow through your primary radiator?

Looks to me exactly like the early (99+) super duty 7.3 intercooler. Have the same one waiting to be installed as well.
